I offer remote recording from my own studio as well as studio sessions on location. Depending on your project, I'm happy to record from my own studio or travel to yours.

The recording fee covers the performance and delivery of the recordings.

For remote sessions, this includes:

• Professional recording

• Multiple layers (where required)

• Editing

• Delivery of clean, unprocessed stems ready for mixing

Commercial usage rights (buy-out), if applicable, are quoted separately.

My remote recording rate is based on the length of the final recorded violin or string part, not the number of layers recorded.

For example, a one-minute string arrangement consisting of multiple overdubs is still charged as one finished recorded minute.

Besides recording existing parts, I regularly collaborate with artists, producers and composers to develop melodies, string arrangements and musical ideas that best support the production.

I enjoy working across a wide range of musical styles, from pop, EDM and cinematic music to folk-inspired, orchestral and contemporary productions.

Rather than working from one fixed style, I tailor every performance to the music.

Clean stems are professionally recorded audio files without added effects such as reverb, delay, autotune or mastering.

This gives you complete flexibility during mixing and production.

Yes.

Projects requiring a turnaround within 48 hours are considered rush projects and are quoted at the applicable rush rate. Please see my Recording Services & Rates document for current pricing.

A buy-out is a separate agreement covering the commercial use of the recordings.

Because every project differs in scope, release plans and intended usage, buy-out fees are quoted individually.

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, neighbouring rights remain with me as the performer.

Delivery depends on the size and complexity of the project.

If you have a deadline, let me know in advance and I'll always do my best to accommodate it. Rush delivery within 48 hours is available when my schedule allows.

Reasonable revisions that fall within the original brief are included.

Additional recordings or significant changes outside the agreed scope may require a revised quotation.

Every recording is custom-made and tailored to your project.

If there's a technical issue or I've missed something from the agreed brief, I'll happily correct it at no additional cost.

Because every recording is created specifically for your project, completed work and deposits are non-refundable.

Usually, all I need is your demo.

I work primarily by ear and tailor every recording to your production, so sheet music usually isn't necessary. If you have a specific vision, you're welcome to include a reference track (for the sound or style you're after) or a few notes about the role you'd like the violin to play.

If I need anything else, such as the key or sheet music for a specific project, I'll simply let you know.
